In this project, we were assigned to make a product out of a given quantity of silicone. The first step we made was to brainstorm the possible products that could be the solution to some minor issues that are occurring on our target group, children. After we all agreed about the product, we then had to make our own silicone mold ; we also had to remind ourselves about the amount of silicone that each of us was given. Next, we mixed the perfect clear and hard silicone solution. Throughout the process of making this product, there were many random issues that arise up, but we all really did a good job at managing and help each other get over all the difficulties.

During the current session, we are studying about the molecular shapes and their names. We are assigned to make a poster of one molecular shapes from five that we are focusing on. Molecular shapes are selected at random for each students. We would also have to do some additional researches about the shape to find its example. We also had to write down the basic information of the example itself.
In the current topic, we are emphasising on stoichiometry. It is the study of using balance equation to calculate the amount of reactants and products through the concept of ratio. Thus, to further improve our understandings on this topic, we were assigned to do an experiment on the Synthesis of copper hydroxide. The experiment consists of copper sulphate and sodium hydroxide. The school ESLO that could be related is future leadership, not only we had to work together in order to accomplish the experiment, but we also had to help each other on how we were going to report the experiment through lab report. We separated the different tasks to all the members based on the specific roles they took during the experiment. As a result, everybody in the group would be able to make an easy-understand, and effective lab report.
